Work With Me
Two pathways. One practice.
Whether you need a thinking partner for what's happening inside the transition or a strategist to design what comes out of it — both are the same body of work, applied differently.
Pathway One
The Bright Side
1:1 Integration Coaching
For the parts of life that won't be solved on a slide.
Who this is for
Thoughtful, capable people in a real moment of change — grief, identity shift, reinvention, the ending of a chapter, or a long stretch of complexity that no plan has been able to settle. You're not in crisis. You're in transition, and you'd rather move through it with someone honest than around it on your own.
What this helps with
- Grief and loss that's reshaping who you are
- Major life transitions and reinvention
- Identity shifts and questions of meaning
- Quiet burnout after years of high performance
- Decisions that touch every part of your life at once
What the work looks like
Sessions are 1:1 and conversational. We start by getting honest about where you actually are, then build from there. The work draws on reflective dialogue and somatic and nervous-system awareness, with astrology or human design brought in as language for pattern when it's useful — never as prescription. The pace is real, the focus is integration, and what surfaces is meant to live in your weeks, not stay on the call.
Format
60-minute virtual sessions, typically twice monthly. Engagements run in three- or six-month containers, with an optional intensive opening session and short notes between calls.
Pathway Two
Map & Method
Strategic Advisory
Strategy, structure, and the next right move.
Who this is for
Founders, operators, and senior leaders standing at a real inflection point — a pivot, a new offer, an org redesign, a decision that will shape the next several years. You don't need more frameworks for the sake of frameworks. You need a thinking partner who can help you see the situation accurately and design what to do about it.
What this helps with
- Decision clarity at strategic inflection points
- Business development, offer design, and positioning
- Systems and operational alignment as you grow
- Strategic planning and execution structure
- Founder thinking partnership through complex moves
What the work looks like
We start with the actual question — not the version that's easier to answer. From there we work in cycles: clarify the decision, map the system around it, design a structure that can hold the move, and pressure-test it against how the next few quarters are likely to behave. The output is a frame you can lead from, written down clearly enough to act on this week.
Format
Half- or full-day strategy intensives to open or reset the work, then a monthly advisory retainer with two 60-minute sessions and async follow-up. Project-based scopes available on request.
Not sure which pathway?
That's what the call is for. We'll talk through what you're navigating and figure out the right shape together.
